BGS – Leapfrog Colour Conversion

BGS Geological Data Converter Names must correlate with the BGS Geology 50k codes or descriptions exactly (e.g. the Forest Marble Formation Limestone would be named FMB -LMST in accordance with the BGS naming convention). These names need to be exact for the convertor to work properly either the codes or description can be used. If using a CODE then do not include a space before and after the hyphen, if using a DESCRIPTION include a space both before and after the hyphen.
